Konnakol Jazz Project

Aruṇ Lūthrā is such a great musician – a great saxophonist and great konnakolist, and I think he’s the first person to put konnakol into jazz. Of course, we’ve all done so many things with konnakol, like when I started working with the one of the greatest legendary jazz musicians, John McLaughlin, who has done a lot of konnakol. And Aruṇ has taken it even further, introducing konnakol into the jazz format.
